Meet Mama Alicia

Our salsa recipe comes from our grandmother, who made our original salsa roja fresh in her molcajete daily.
She passed down her recipe to our father, who cooked it for us and sold it locally to friends and family for decades. We are happy to now be able to share it with the world.
We are committed to honoring our granmother’s memory and recipe by using nothing but fresh ingredients in our handcrafted salsas. We are excited to be able to share her legacy with you!
